These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vireo service provided by Vireo Studio Ltd, 4 Harbor Lane, Brightwater BW1 2QA (“Vireo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Vireo provides realtime product analytics: SDKs, APIs, dashboards, alerts, and related features. We’ll do our best to keep the service fast, available, and honest — that’s the whole product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account, and for ensuring your team follows these Terms.

3. Your data

You own the data you send us. We process it solely to provide the service to you, under our Privacy Policy. We never sell customer data and never use it to train models or serve other customers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: send us unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or probe the service beyond normal testing, misrepresent event data, or resell access to the service without a written agreement.

5. Fair use

Events are measured per your plan’s monthly volume. If you exceed your included volume, nothing breaks mid-cycle — you’ll be informed and billed fairly at the end of the cycle based on actual usage.

6. Payment

Plans are billed in advance monthly or annually, in USD, as shown on the pricing page. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at the next cycle. Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Availability

We target 99.99% uptime and will tell you the truth when things go wrong. The service is provided “as is” with no warranty beyond what’s stated here; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard — no phone calls, no retention script. We’ll keep your data accessible for export for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it per your retention settings.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
