A small studio making analytics feel instant
Vireo started in 2021 with a question nobody on our team could answer in time: "what did users do five minutes ago?" Every tool we tried was batch, overnight, or "open a support ticket." So we built the thing we wished existed — and shipped it from a two-table office above a bookshop on Harbor Lane.

Why we keep it small
Big analytics companies sell you a platform and a roadmap. We sell you an answer. Keeping the team small means every decision — from the SDK shape to the pricing page — is made by people who also answer the support inbox.
We run the product on itself: Vireo's own dashboards are powered by Vireo. If ingest slows down, we feel it before you do, because our funnels would dip the same second yours do.
Today the studio is twelve people in Brightwater, with customers in forty-one countries. The office still smells like coffee and solder, and we intend to keep it that way.
What we believe in
Speed is a feature
If a question takes overnight to answer, it's not an answer — it's a report. We build for the moment between noticing and acting.
Data with manners
Privacy isn't a checkbox. PII hashing, retention controls, and region pinning are on by default, not buried in settings.
Small studio, big drafts
Twelve people who'd rather ship than talk about shipping. We read every support email, and we answer in hours, not tickets.
Visit us in Brightwater
We're a coastal town's kind of company — unhurried in person, unapologetically fast in software. Drop by for coffee, a tour of the war room, or to argue about event naming.
